3. Fictional characters
All Girlfriend AI companions are fictional, AI-generated adult characters and are not real people.

5. No professional advice
Responses are not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice.
6. Account accuracy
If an account is required, provide accurate information and keep it current.
7. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
8. Authorized use
Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these terms.
9. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service to threaten, exploit, harass, stalk, defraud, or harm any person.
10. Minors
Do not create, request, upload, or distribute content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
11. Illegal content
Do not request or share content that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
12. Security abuse
Do not probe, disrupt, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with service security or operation.
13. Automated access
Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated access except with prior written authorization.
14. Identity and impersonation
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, authorization, or origin.
15. Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
